Terms of Service

All products sold by Gamma Pro Solutions LLC d/b/a GammaPeps ("we", "us", the "Company") are physical goods supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, and are not for use in food or clinical applications.

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and are acquiring products solely for bona fide research purposes for an academic institution, a private research organization, or a commercial laboratory. Orders placed for personal use are not eligible. Account and order information is subject to review, and orders we determine to be ineligible may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Before placing an order you must provide a complete research profile: your legal organization or business name, organization/research category, legal business structure, purchaser role or job title, physical research-facility address, a brief summary of the intended research, confirmation that you are authorized to purchase for the named organization, and the required attestations (age 21+, bona fide research purpose, no human or veterinary administration, no personal use, no consumer resale or redistribution, and accuracy of the information provided). You agree this information is accurate and may be reviewed by GammaPeps. Submitting a complete profile is not an approval or a verification of you or your organization; the profile and each order are recorded with an internal eligibility-review status, and orders remain subject to review, cancellation, and refund. Do not submit patient names, medical histories, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other clinical or protected health information.

Participation in the referral or creator program requires accepting the Affiliate Marketing Policy shown in your account before any affiliate code can be activated, generated, or used; your acceptance and its timestamp are recorded on your account. That policy prohibits, among other things, promotion of human or veterinary use or personal use, medical, therapeutic, weight-loss, body-effect, efficacy, or safety claims, dosing, cycle, reconstitution, injection, or administration content, personal-use testimonials, before/after content, or fabricated reviews, targeting minors or encouraging circumvention of our research-use or account rules, and any claim about GammaPeps products that GammaPeps does not itself publish. Violations may result in suspension of affiliate access and forfeiture of unpaid rewards where legally permitted. Accepting the policy does not make an affiliate medically or regulatorily approved or endorsed by GammaPeps.

Products may not be resold, redistributed, or re-labeled to end consumers. Any downstream use for human or animal consumption is strictly prohibited and outside the scope of this agreement.

Research-use-only labeling describes the limited intended purpose of the material as supplied. It is not an FDA approval, clearance, or safety determination, and it is not a blanket exemption from any law. The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements governing possession, handling, transport, and disposal.

Certificates of Analysis describe the representative sample tested from the identified lot. Results apply to that tested sample and lot rather than to individual vials.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GammaPeps and its affiliates disclaim liability for any use of the products beyond the intended research-use-only scope, and for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Gamma Pro Solutions LLC d/b/a GammaPeps is a Florida-based e-commerce supplier and distributor of physical research-use-only reference compounds. We are not a laboratory, manufacturer, compounder, pharmacy, clinic, or treatment provider.
