Terms of Service

All products sold by GammaPeps ("we", "us", the "Company") are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, and are not for use in food or clinical applications.

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and are acquiring products solely for bona fide research purposes on behalf of yourself, an academic institution, a private research organization, or a licensed commercial laboratory. Individuals purchasing for personal use are not eligible customers.

Products may not be resold, redistributed, or re-labeled to end consumers. Any downstream use for human or animal consumption is strictly prohibited and outside the scope of this agreement.

Where applicable, products are supplied under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) research and development exemption (40 CFR § 720.36). The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing possession, handling, transport, and disposal.

Reported purity values on our Certificates of Analysis reflect the tested lot and may vary by up to ±1% due to instrumentation tolerance and normal lot-to-lot variance.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GammaPeps and its affiliates disclaim liability for any use of the products beyond the intended research-use-only scope, and for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

GammaPeps is a United States–based supplier of research-use-only reference compounds.
