Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express with full tracking. Estimated transit times after shipment:
- USPS Priority Mail — 2 to 4 business days within the continental United States.
- USPS Priority Mail Express — 1 to 2 business days within the continental United States.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Free Priority Shipping is applied automatically to all U.S. orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at the flat priority rate shown at checkout.
4. Shipping Protection
Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout for a flat fee. Protected orders are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Without Shipping Protection, we rely on the outcome of the carrier claim process.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier. If you have not received tracking within one business day of your order confirmation, please contact hi@gammapeps.com.
6. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories serviced by USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.
7. Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts will incur a re-shipment fee equal to the original shipping cost.
