Refund Policy

1. Chain-of-Custody Restriction

Because our products are research reference materials with strict chain-of-custody requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, or previously shipped vials. Once a package leaves our facility, it is considered outside a verifiable chain of custody and is not eligible for resale or restocking.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty at any time before the shipping label is generated (typically within the first several hours after checkout). To cancel, email hi@gammapeps.com with your order number. Cancellations requested after a label is generated are not guaranteed and may be treated as a damaged/lost package claim upon delivery.

3. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with a broken seal, cracked vial, or visible transit damage, contact hi@gammapeps.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the affected items. Verified damage claims are replaced free of charge or refunded to the original payment method at our discretion.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, first check with your carrier and neighbors. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number. Orders purchased with Shipping Protection are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Orders without Shipping Protection are handled case-by-case and subject to carrier claim outcomes.

5. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return of the incorrect item and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and integrity reasons, the following are never eligible for return or refund once shipped: opened vials, products with broken seals, custom or special-order compounds, and items reported more than 7 days after delivery.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact hi@gammapeps.com before initiating a payment dispute. We respond to all support inquiries within one business day and can usually resolve issues faster than a formal chargeback process.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.
