Privacy Policy

When you create a research account or place an order, we collect:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number.
• Research account profile — legal organization or business name, organization/research category, legal business structure, purchaser role or job title, physical research-facility address, a brief summary of intended research, confirmation of authority to purchase for the named organization, and your research-use attestations (age 21+, bona fide research purpose, no human or veterinary administration, no personal use, no consumer resale or redistribution, and accuracy of the information provided).
• Eligibility review status — an internal status such as "pending" recorded on your account and attached to your orders so we can review them. A profile on file is not an approval.
• Affiliate acknowledgement — whether you accepted the Affiliate Marketing Policy, and the date and time of that acceptance.
• Order information — items purchased, order value, shipping and billing address.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and cookies.

Do not submit patient names, medical histories, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other clinical or protected health information to GammaPeps. We do not request it, we have no need for it, and it should never be entered in your research profile, order notes, or messages to us.

Research-profile, attestation, and eligibility-review information is stored with your customer and order records for internal review. It is not sent to payment processors, advertising pixels, or analytics providers.

• Process, ship, and support your orders.
• Verify eligibility under our Research Use Only policy.
• Communicate about your account, orders, and support requests.
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with U.S. tax, commercial, and research-supplier record-keeping obligations.

• Shipping carriers, to deliver your orders.
• Payment processors, to complete transactions.
• Service providers who host our infrastructure, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process.
