When you create a researcher account or place an order, we collect:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number.
- Researcher profile — institution or organization name, business type, researcher category, and 21+ / research-use acknowledgement.
- Order information — items purchased, order value, shipping and billing address.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process, ship, and support your orders.
- Verify eligibility under our Research Use Only policy.
- Communicate about your account, orders, and support requests.
- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with U.S. tax, commercial, and research-supplier record-keeping obligations.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or bank account credentials on our servers. Payment processors handle card data under their own PCI-DSS compliant systems and privacy policies.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as the cart and checkout) require cookies to function.

Site traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Account passwords are stored using industry standard one-way hashing. Access to customer data internally is restricted to authorized personnel. No online service is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting hi@gammapeps.com. We honor verified requests subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
10. Children
Our site is not directed to individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. Accounts identified as underage are terminated.
